Entrance and living area<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From the moment you enter the apartment, the strong character of the home is evident. The entrance door is a flush-mounted armoured door set into a mirrored wall with diamond-cut finishes<\/strong>. During the renovation, we restored the original splendor of the terrazzo flooring<\/strong> in the entrance. We constructed a light-filtering partition<\/strong> made of white-painted laminated wood beams to separate the entrance from the living area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The living area was redefined by demolishing the wall that separated the living room from the lounge, creating a single, bright space. This area was enhanced with BauBuche beech wood<\/strong>, a unique wood treatment made from microlaminated sheets. This material was used both for the all-wall cabinetry<\/strong> and the flooring, creating a seamless effect from the floor to the vertically extending furniture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Kitchen enlarged and functional corridor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The client wanted to expand the kitchen while keeping the existing cabinets. To achieve this, the spaces were redefined by redesigning the corridor <\/strong>with a curved layout<\/strong> that naturally leads to the kitchen. This involved reconstructing drywall partitions to accommodate hidden cabinets and installing flush-mounted doors. On one side, the entire corridor was covered with Glamora wallpaper<\/strong>, thanks to the work of a specialized wallpaper installer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the kitchen flooring, we restored the original Venetian terrazzo tiles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

High-quality materials and custom-made furniture for the master bathroom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the master bathroom, we collaborated with specialists in creating resin-coated floors and vertical surfaces. The niche shower<\/strong> with chromotherapy is enhanced by a kerlite tile wall<\/strong>. For the furniture, we created custom pieces designed by the client and drafted by the architect. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Construction Details<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The apartment features a baseboard made of calamine steel<\/strong> (oxidation that occurs during the hot processing of steel products), which imparts a distinctive personality to the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the work related to the systems, drywall, and lighting points, we built the infrastructure for a mechanical ventilation system <\/strong>with heat recovery (MVHR), which provides continuous air exchange for purification and ventilation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
