{"id":2910,"date":"2024-08-13T09:59:53","date_gmt":"2024-08-13T07:59:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cngroup.it\/lavori\/villa-f\/"},"modified":"2025-12-10T16:45:53","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T15:45:53","slug":"villa-f","status":"publish","type":"lavoro","link":"https:\/\/www.cngroup.it\/en\/works\/villa-f\/","title":{"rendered":"Villa F"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading titolo-inizio\">Restoring the splendor of a historic villa\u2019s interiors<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n    \r\n                    \n<div class=\"wp-block-custom-block-1 sezione-lavoro position-relative overflow-hidden mt-5 right\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row h-100\"><div class=\"col-md-6 col-xl-8\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working within a historic context<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The construction of the villa dates back to 1855, when the project received approval from the Mayor of Trieste, Muzio de\u2019 Tommasini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The building was commissioned by Eufrosina Buchler, a wealthy landowner of the surrounding area, and over time passed through various owners, among them the Veneziani family, who lived there for many years and left a significant mark on its history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the years, the villa has preserved its original charm, becoming a recognizable landmark for those who pass through this part of the city.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"slide-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/cndev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/villaF.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n                \r\n        \r\n                    \n<div class=\"wp-block-custom-block-1 sezione-lavoro position-relative overflow-hidden mt-5 left\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row h-100\"><div class=\"col-md-6 col-xl-8\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complete renovation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The apartment includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a study, a kitchen, two bathrooms, two storage areas, and a private garden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We redesigned the layout, refreshed the walls with lighter tones and new stucco work, installed new windows, and added white-painted wooden skirting boards. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also restored and repainted all the original doors, including the entrance door, bringing uniformity and elegance back to the interiors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"slide-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/localhost\/cndev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/CNgroup_villaf_27.webp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n                \r\n    \n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n    \r\n                    \n<div class=\"wp-block-custom-block-1 sezione-lavoro position-relative overflow-hidden mt-5 right\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row h-100\"><div class=\"col-md-6 col-xl-8\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The living room is renewed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the living room it was necessary to replace the original parquet due to structural reinforcement of the floor slab;
