Historic building<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The 19th-century building <\/strong>is located on Via Donota, a street that winds up the San Giusto hill and, as it rises, offers beautiful views from the apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building, narrow and tall, spans four floors and is characterized by a unique and prestigious elliptical staircase<\/strong> inside, a structural gem that reflects the genius of the era.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Demolition and reconstruction of the apartments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The spaces intended for the tourist apartments were demolished and completely rebuilt according to the eclectic style of Erich Bernard<\/a>, one of the owners of the Vienna-based studio. Thanks to the work carried out, all the apartments now feature a double bedroom, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The apartments on the first floor and ground floor have been furnished to allow the living area to serve as both a double bedroom and a living space, complete with a kitchenette.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The larger apartments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The apartments on the third and fourth floors, on the other hand, are larger and feature both a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, along with a table and chairs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bathroom and kitchen are located in two separate areas, both equipped with windows. They are fully furnished with custom-made furniture crafted by our carpenter. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Total Renovation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To achieve the desired result, we carried out a complete renovation that involved masonry and plasterwork, heating systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the flooring, we installed parquet from the Gaia <\/a>brand in the living areas and bedrooms, while different collections from Mutina <\/a>ceramics were chosen for the bathrooms and kitchens, adding a unique touch to the spaces.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Attention to finishes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Although the spaces are not particularly large, we played with the choice of colors and finishes<\/strong>, paying great attention to detail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the spaces have been furnished with a personal touch<\/strong>, with careful selection for each element, emphasizing both the materials and the history behind them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our carpenters handcrafted various elements for this project. Another example is the kitchen countertops, which, although small, are made of Aurisina stone. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
